At The Mental Cookie, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, custom-tailored services and products that cater to the unique journey of each individual. Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict no refund or return policy.
Custom Services and Products:
All services provided by The Mental Cookie, including mental health resources, holistic health workshops, intuitive counseling, and spiritual services, are customized for the individual. Our products are also specially curated or created to meet your specific needs. Given this customization, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns once a service has commenced or a product has been delivered.
Cancellations:
We understand that schedules can change, and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel a service, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. While we cannot offer a refund, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
Damaged Goods:
In the rare event that any physical products are delivered to you in a damaged state, please contact us at info@thementalcookie.comwithin 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or credit towards future purchases.
